You are carrying the external world inside yourself and have no attachment to it. This is the path to immortality; technology and science has reached the level of the occult and become one of your skills. When the external world is saturated in your mind, you can only move up above it. This is a method and it's highly personal so maybe it doesn't work for you, but think of it as a reference if so.
