Pictures of child statues with penises instead of noses
Can someone re-post the pictures depicting statues of children with penises instead of noses + circular mouths (sometimes the penis was inside the other's mouth).

I remember this was a art project funded by a government (British?). also it was posted on Instagram.

Also where do you guys find this stuff ...
