I think The fist is just to pump up/comfort the people in the crowds at these rallies. The ok hand sign I never thought it was the 666 handsign but for some reason I imagine rosie odennel doing the ok hand sign saying "kapice" and that is how I understand he is doing it. When Rosie does the OK hand sign she is just being a new yorker it appears to be the same thing with Trump just moving his hands and talking doing it. And the diamond gesture the fingers are too straight it appears to be hand placement.I do a similar thing where I will arch my fingertips and clench and unclench them and it feels good on the fingertips.
