Not really, the British lost wealth from not reaping the benefits of the slave labor that the Jews brought into the colonies, so overall, the British never really conquered the US after the formation of the US. The prosperity that the US had gained came from not having their wealth siphoned out into some foreign entity. And then came the Industrial Revolution that nullified the use of certain forms of manual labor, devaluating the need for niggers as they would be of more use as citizens than as slaves, well that's the economic side, the political side has its own drama that's interwoven with the economic side of the story. This is also why the British tried to get back some of the US by supporting for a time the Confederate states though they've later backed off although the banking Jews didn't.
