Very hard question. I think if Riena/Mizuki don't graduate by next year they'll follow the Yui path (in particular Riena has the potential to become Airin III). Maybe Yuiko or Momopin? I don't see Manaha staying for too long.

The thing is that traditional media is declining and WNI as a weather company seems to offer certain "stability" TV networks don't seem to offer anymore.
