For me Fallout 4 runs flawlessly.
New Vegas okay-ish.
Fallout 3 trash tier - this is caused by some weird audio lag. The radio stutters which I solved with converting all songs to .ogg. Apparently the music is stored in mp3 in the bsa packages. But it lags when other sounds play, like shots fired and whatnot, background noises. I highly suspect if I converted everything that would solve the problem.
