Looking through it they were priced around 5k to 6k yen, so nowhere near console price. However, the yen was a lot stronger back during the 3DS days, so they would still have been around $60 USD.
I have noticed some odd niche 3DS games that go for 10k+ yen on the aftermarket these days, like Stella Glow or the coomer Medabots game.
