Fair, I'm not saying Russia is going to come out of this in a great state, but I do think they will come out better than most western countries. They're basically going to be the bitch boy to China in the new world hegemony like the UK is to us.
If there was a Ukranian insurgency left to fight then Zelenskyy wouldn't have to resort to pulling geezers off the street to fight for him at gun point.

Afghanistan is proof that they are all effectively lost, or at least unwinnable for our side. We're only still over there to make money for the Military Industrial Complex. Granted, thats the only reason we were over there in the first place.
