We had no internet in my household until I was 10, and I did not have a mobile phone until I was 16. I'm pretty sure that's not what people think of when they think of gen z.
Granted, I'm also pretty sure a lot of people still think of kids today as zoomers, even though the youngest ones are already teenagers.
