Yeah, the 8 looks like a Tripel percentage-wise. And I really love the Westmalle Tripel within that category.

10 indeed has a very chocolate / caramel kind of flavour. Extremely malty. It's absolutely perfect and deliciously sweet. It's a wonder to behold. Truly the nectar of the Gods. Even Aegir would throw away his mjød for some.

You know, a heavily hopped Brown is actually very, very nice. Brown ale tends to be very sweet. The increased amount of hops, makes it a bit less sweet, but very flowery. Truly a refreshing experience

Trappist beer are must tries. They're something special. Although it might just be a name, there is still quite a difference between a regular quadrupel, an "abbey quadrupel", and a Trappist quadrupel. The latter is just much, much better
