Their decision kinda makes sense, if the only markets they looked at, was Nippon and the US.
If it flopped on the Xbox, it means it flopped in the US, so why bother releasing it in English if you're exclusively targeting the Nippon market?

Though if they researched a little bit more, they'd know the Playstation was more or less the more popular console just about everywhere except the US
