I saw that. Seems weird to me too, and a bit mad cause I wanna get Jinhsi but now I gotta wait longer for her. I've also heard he shares a banner with Yinlin. I want Yinlin too, so I'd be mad if I pulled XLY since I already have him but I'm assuming they're gonna let you choose like with the beginner banner and standard weapon banner.
