That is true, fire/physical and ice/ether get paired a lot. Although, I am glad there are not too many enemies who are weak to just ether yet considering I don't have Zhu. Having more resistances wouldn't matter if you're going for a mono element team.
Grace is probably bigger too. Think those two are probably the biggest in the game. Nicole was about the same size in CBT1...
