im not sure how heavy these mini reactors can be (after all they sort of can put them on a bit compact subs, even more there were actual atomic planes)

but yeah in theory you can plug a heavy lift airship with a compact nuclear reactor on it instead of nuclear train so it will be more mobile and less dependent on infrastructure (the reason planes even useful is that they don't need much infrastructure on land)

but the air drag might kill the speed
