And results are horrible, half of people couldn't even solve easiest task that anyone must do in 10 minutes. Their CVs are ok, but sometimes they don't understand even basics. Another half just didn't come at all, although they promised. Maybe one person from 5 was good, but he found something better.

People, who don't interview others mostly think that interview is a big stress only for job seeker, but it is actually stress for interviewer too (maybe not for professional HR, but we have no such person). Especially when you need to analyze person's skills by short talk and decide fast.
