School shooting happened, this time in Kazan (capital of the Tatarstan republic).

Some guy who studied in this school 4 years ago gone crazy, decided that he is god and humans must die (at least messages from his social media accounts say so). Then he bought a shotgun, made few bombs and did that traditional American thing. Now there are 9 dead and dozens of wounded, shooter didn't kill himself and arrested by police.

Sources say that he was a nice calm person, studied in college but few months ago dropped out because he stopped visiting it.
