That is soundtrack for famous Russian game "Dalnoboischiki 2" from 2001: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_Truck_2:_King_of_the_Road (Russian wiki has much more info). It has some similarity with modern Euro Truck Simulator, although it has more arcade features and less about pure simulation and scenery. It achieved some kind of cult status in Russia in that time.

Soundtrack is also noticeable because it is made by Aria - the most famous Russian heavy metal band. They are pretty good, although some people criticize them for copying Iron Maiden (it is debatable). Soundtrack is made with tracks without vocals, but all these songs originally have texts. Some tracks are rerecorded, because original records from 80s were bleak, although music is same. I actually can recommend Aria for anyone who likes good heavy metal (maybe except their newest albums).
