The military buildup continues around Iran by the USA. It looks like they are ready to go in for a second round. In theory they are still having talks.

Tried to look up current polls, but wasn't easy to find. I get the impression Tucker Carlson is right when he says the majority of USians don't want war with Iran. Tho there are other policy instruments and bombing might not included in the war part.
But Mike Huckabee's (US Ambassador to Israel) reaction tells a lot. There are lot of people in high governmental positions who don't give a fuck. I believe Trump gives a fuck but I don't think he could step on the breaks. Too many in his surroundings are hawkish.
However midterms are coming this year november. Half a year would be enough for people to forget a highly unpopular step?
