He cuts a video in, some Orbán speech, I think I found it, he gave that talk at an economic forum. In English the word "force" is misleading, it leads Wyatt mis for sure.
What Orbán says - and he literally said this - that Hungary has no military strength and it doesn't features among the plans, but we have political and monetary tools, and we'll use these to force Ukraine to open the Friendship pipeline.
