Haven't noted this yet, despite it's very interesting.
The "gamification of drone warfare".

Essentially Ukrainian drone teams ear points based on destroying targets. Tank is 40, MLRS 50, a soldier is 6, etc. The points can be changed depending on what the command wants to prioritize as targets.
There is a toplist of the teams also they can redeem their points on Brave1, a digital marketplace - for equipment and stuff, there is a wide but classified selection.
Longish article I can't read whole of it right now. But they note two advantage of this approach: 1. the accounting of hits are more clear, have to tally the score; 2. gives motivation to the troops.

It interests me from a different aspects. I have to refer to the book On Killing by LtCol. Grossman: >>8950
Essentially to come over the human resistance to kill another human bean several tools exist. The main one is dehumanization. Ofc the enemy becomes barbarian or even animals, pigs, orcs, but for example artillery doesn't shoot at people, but coordinates. Another tool is inserting a filter between the soldier and hist target: a scope or a monitor. And ofc killers can be trained with games. In drone warfare all aspect presents, and actually treating as a game also add to the illusion that the whole thing isn't real, which makes drone operators become even more coldhearted killers. No wonder they commit so many warcrimes (eg killing wounded, weaponless, surrendering soldiers).
