You must be 18 or older to use Ianchan. All bans are permanent, with no appeals. If you are banned, your Passkey and all your data are deleted. There is no rule against ban evasion; request another invite if you wish.

Rule 1: No Illegal Content - Do not post, link to, ask for, or joke about anything illegal under US law. Report it immediately. Replying to or acknowledging illegal posts will get you banned.
Rule 2: No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) - No doxing, harassment, or threats. Do not ask for social media accounts or try to contact users off-site. Any personal information, even if partial, fake, or a joke, will be treated as real.
Rule 3: No Spam - Do not ragebait, troll, or ruin the site for others. Bots, scrapers, and automated scripts are not allowed.
Rule 4: No Artificial Intelligence (AI) Content - AI-generated content is not allowed under any circumstances. You can only discuss AI itself on /meta/.

Content must be posted on its appropriate board. Ianchan is an English-speaking forum, but this is not enforced as long as it stays predominantly English. While not a rule, posting males is strongly discouraged. Lolicon and similar content are not allowed. All moderation action is public under Logs and the post itself.
