I knew Antonina well. Her reason for transposition were similar to mine:
1. Autogynephilia.
2. Failing as a man and having no desire to try harder.
3. Transmaxxing (a way to manage expectations).
4. Being infantile and hysterical (it is okay for a girl, but not okay for a boy).

That means she had gender dysphoria, and her mental problems are orthogonal to it.
