I'm in a mental hospital and they have free wifi. I can go on youtube but ptp filesharing is blocked and any website I'd be interested in using is blocked except endchan. I can't connect to any of the blackvpn nodes.
Explain to me like I'm retarded how to fix this. I'm willing to buy a different vpn as long as it'll definitely work.
