IRCs just get very clique-ish. I'm on the steam chat as well, and I know we suffer from that a bit as well. It becomes a problem when that is your only interaction with the community, you lose sight of the big picture.

One the the nice things about aux the mexi-kun is that he either makes calls on a whim or in public, which makes him a little less susceptible to such faggotry. Firetires hasn't really publicly interacted with the community in months, thus why he is out of touch.
