This is an obvious extension of the regular board rules, if you say that you're underage, you get banned, simple as. If it is known that you're underage (because you namefag and that namefag is known to be underage), you get banned. That's really very simple and I have zero idea why cave admin thought that those old rules shouldn't/couldn't be upheld.
IMO any fu shouldn't post on ttg openly but that's just me and I'm not very annoying about it (since I don't have a reason to, we don't get "visitors").
