My friend told me he has been practicing one-armed deadhangs to improve his bouldering ability and asked me if I can do them. I told him I barely can because I can't grip hard enough to not slip off within seconds. I jumped up, did it and could last for like 5 seconds. He deadhangs one-handed no issue for a full 20 like it was no big deal. Though I later found out that he weighs 62 kg (I thought he weighed roughly the same as me but apparently not) so maybe that makes it a bit easier. That explains why he is better than me at climbing
