I fixed my sleep schedule in one simple move:
My computer and my bed are now in different rooms. No more am I putting on some youtube video and going to bed watching it with sound and light blaring at me until I nod off and then keeping me illuminated as I sleep
Now it's quiet and dark. I am still not completely used to it but it feels nice
