Yea that's pretty much my approach too, I can eat like a pizza and not feel regret afterwards (if it wasn't really bad), but other than that I would have to pay like greater than 3x markup instead of the regular 2x for the big chain.
I ate a fair bit of taco bell on a visit to murrica (reasons, don't ask) and it was honestly so much better and cheaper than other options.
If it's the same as there I would say it's like mid but palatable, if it's more expensive then ugh… Well you can always try it.
