Is it better than just regular one from your store? I don't think I've ever had non-polish honey so it's hard to judge. Though I did have special honeys (made by the bees on a specific pollen) and I can tell you that linden honey is just wonderful in taste, best one you can buy.
In general local beekeepers are probably a better option if you can get that and afford it. It might be a fair bit more expensive but the quality difference is huge.
