Tbh, I don't scroll it a lot, mostly whenever someone mentions it. I don't think I will anymore because it's getting worse instead of better, I've got like a few local midfus but now it's nothing I'm interested in...
Also I've actually got motivation to work on stuff (sometimes) now so doomscrolling clashes with that.
