Depends on your audio levels and how comfortable are your headphones. Personally I have decent enough headphones/position that it doesn't bother me and I put my audio at the level that I wouldn't be able to hear while sleeping (because of the natural decrease in hearing sensitivity during sleep)

Me on the other hand I've done practically nothing yesterday. I even booted up Stardew but I don't think I feel like playing that after Terraria, I need something a bit more lively.
