It wasn't just an opinion. It was a declaration of fact along with what you neglected to quote: "The three racial traits displayed here show a unique anatomical and physiological uniqueness that literally distinguishes it from the common all melanin traits of other races." You're hand-waving without paying attention. The differences were illustrated.
It goes like this. Homo erectus (Africa) > Negroids > bred with Neanderthalinsis > Hybrid Negroid Dravidians spread to southeast Asia and Australia (aborigines) + the coastal regions of India

. East Asian mongoloid race came about due to much migration resulting in various racial mixtures. Migration of the Negroid/Neanderthanlensis hybrids happened from India through the Ganges delta under the Himalayas. They migrated NE towards China and Siberia. Less sun exposure eventually resulted in lighter skin color than their Negroid cousins. Neanderthalensis > Cro-Magnon > Caucasoids > Celtic and Nordic
To start, this different species crossed the harsh winter climates through the Eurasian Steppes, up the Danubian Corridor and emerged in Western Europe. The Celtic/Nordic sub-race, and not the majority of racial mixtures (including most Ashkenazi) retained the large frontal lobe region, which is the creative and reasoning center of the brain. Negroids and Mongoloids lack the highly developed frontal lobes which are responsible for attention, behavior, emotion, intellect, initiative, judgment, personality, abstract thinking, problem solving, and creative thought. The bulk of their brain power is located in slightly larger temporal lobes which control auditory and visual memories, language, some hearing and speech. Mongoloid descendants (Asians) thus have higher verbal ability and memory. Those that have gained the aformentioned frontal lobe abilities were Koreans, Japanese, Manchurians, Kashmirs, and Tibetans, for descending from mixing interracially with Caucasians. Ashkenazis are the result of this as well.
