MOD: what I would highly recommend doing is locking this place down when you are away at work: allowing no one to post. In the early mornings you can moderate the board for a couple hours, or whatever spare time you have, allowing a window of time for people to post some news and comments, while getting rid of any garbage spam, and then lock up the entire board again when logging off. You could name the times it will not be locked down and supervised here. I know this is frustrating but this is what that evil bastard does, he ruins everything for everyone on purpose and worse he finds it funny.
