You don't need anyone's permission to settle here. Create an account, then create the boards you'd like to see here. As long as you don't break global rules (no terrorism, no spam, no CP), you can post whatever you want on those boards. You will be able to moderate those boards as you see fit and add local rules. Also, you will be able to share your moderator role with others, if they also create accounts of their own. Log in at least once a month to keep your boards from being claimed by someone else.
