Well, we don't really intervene in what BOs do as long as they keep the global rules.
There are many other boards where things can be posted (pick one that fits the theme), and a new board can be opened if the user is up to be a Board Owner himself, or better yet claim an unused one, delete the crap if there are any, and invite/attract users, to discuss the topic, or open new ones.
