Regenerate intermediate term signing key in tor

$ tor --keygen

This will ask you to create a passphrase
make a strong one up before hand and store it somewhere (in your mind, in a notebook, in an encrypted file etc) use a random password generator for inspiration for pieces of the password:
$ passgen
