I also use a script to automate downloads of new videos under various tags on nicovideo, and the archiving of all content uploaded by various authors that i've deemed significant.
I don't think I've ever banned in the 1.5+ years i've been running the 8ch board, and as far as I can remember I've only deleted (some) brownpills. If it's even tangentially related to the topic of the board, and not illegal, then I definitely wouldn't ban for it.
You'd have to try very hard to get banned here, I doubt I'd even ban for spam.
