DON'T EVER bad mouth your managers. EVER: I know it feels tempting to do sometimes, but just don't do it. Most managers always have an office snitch or main gossip person that tells them everything that happens or what anybody says about them. They'll find out eventually if you go against them.

Also, if someone goes up to you and talks smack about upper management or a manager, just ignore them or pretend you didn't hear anything. Because sometimes people in jobs go up to you and set you up so say something bad or something they can use against you.
