You can absolutely have issues and conflicts when the low IQ and very high IQ arrive at the same conclusion, as the former derives the correct decision by instinct whereas the latter does it through empirical thought (and instinct).

High IQ people recognized that vaccines take decades of human testing before they're safe based on all scientific history, in addition to knowing that jewish pharmaceutical companies and big government has centuries of abuse aside from banning any research into the long-term effects or being able to sue them. Both arrived at the conclusion that the vaccine was a jewish poison and compliance-control method before rejecting it.
