Eastern Europe MIGHT be acceptable, countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary or Slovenia IF they were to allow American expats in. Other European countries like Germany, France or Sweden.... no fucking way! I've heard of Panama or Iceland as good safe-havens but you need some money to move over their.
I'm going to have to say Russia would be a safe bet if you declare loyalty to Putin and learn Russian language and learn their laws. They are strict who they allow into their country. They do let some Muslims in but unlike most of Europe
Russia actually has extreme vetting and orders the shooting of terrorists if spotted. And those mosques are routinely checked to make sure they are not preaching extremism. So Russia would be safebet for European and American expats as long as they learn the rules and culture and language over there. Sporting a Putin T-shirt would likely allow you to fit in well too.
The other good thing about Russia is most are White Orthodox Christians who remain very nationalist; and despite all the Western propaganda 90% of Russians HATE communism and other kikery we see from Europe and the US today. Combined with non-GMO organic mandates, clean vaccines (made in Russia only), currently pro-firearms (Putin restored the right to use arms for self-defense back in 2014), and the subsidies given to farmers, ranchers and Christian families are great. Russia is likely THE closest nation to 1950s Americana as you can find in the world and that is why there is so much hatred and propaganda against modern Russia. Russia kicked out Soros and his subversive NGOs. Plus old-school mechanical cars are popular over there too, so that means greasers and mechanics can find jobs easily over there.
I'm no longer politically correct so if I see a decent country like that I don't give a SHIT what the kike media claims, I'll hand that info out as I see it.
