According to US Treasury sanctions designations, SKYLIGHT (IMO 9330020), a Palau-flagged chemical/products tanker, is identified as blocked property linked to Iran sanctions evasion under Executive Order 13902 due to its ties to entities transporting Iranian petroleum products.

The ship is managed by UAE-linked Red Sea Ship Management LLC and has been used in Iranian oil transfers, making it part of Washington’s crackdown on Iran’s “shadow fleet.”
