I don't know who YT Comments anon would be, but I was the one who suggested using youtube api to get them en masse a few years ago. Unfortunately the universal api key has since been retired so mass scraping those is going to be difficult. I know that hobune.stream guy has been scraping them but not sure when he'll share.
