theoretically speaking, yeah, it should work like that. However, that lag kind of varies and I would have to check the timing with that lag and synchronize it in practice. However, when you have to go for a GET, you are having in mind to reply instantly instead of replying with a prepared lag, because you depend on other users that have to reply in the meantime.

mostly because you are educated and have the values to tell them so you cannot apply that mindset to yourself even if you wanted to. I have known people (and pretty close to my family) that apply that mindset and lie beyond belief and lie to their own words by acting all the time. They could even trick psychologists at guessing if they are fine in their heads or not.
