I'd say I'm mixed on that claim. some things thrive from some sex appeal, but some things clearly died from doing the same moves.

If you want the semi-ironic love, I would start by finding the actual good-looking images in order to cause a big contrast to her nature. For me she is more of something that is something that was always in th background but never paid attention back in early fandom days but it's kind of nice to see her around. Feels like old times continuing partly in some way.
