probably, I would have to look at the chronological events and when the team united to make the basic concepts. If anyone can say it, enlighten me.

>it's going to end up practially a cult classic like some Star Wars, though I'd say that it will happen (happened already) regardless of some bad episodes.
I was actually worried about the 5th season back in 2015 because I thought FiM would go downhill after reaching a high point on quality in season 4. Despite having a few atrocities here and there (and even then, a bad episode in FIM is a mediocre one for most cartoons) and season 6 not being the greatest bunch of episodes out there, they have blown my mind and ask myself: "how do they do it?"

You have the season 8 discussion in this board. You can look that I posted my impressions about the episodes in a single weekend of season 8 (from episodes 19-26) and let me tell you, Friendship is Magic is unironically one of the best things to do while sick (fever, cold...). That Saturday was all about season 8 (so this means that I hadn´t watched old episodes to be nostalgic about) and I had a blast. Not only FiM has achieved to hold that status but it also keeps delivering amazingly well. Sounds of Silence, School Raze, What Lies Beneath, On the Road to Friendship,Best Gift Ever....except Yakity Sax which is questionable, the fun I´ve had with the 2nd half of this season is not something I would change.

And no, I am hardly a fanboy. I could start mocking about episodes like Non Compete Clause, a few Spike episodes, or how season 3 just serves as a transitional season and nothing else.

So yeah, for me, I am only worried about how it ends. I just want...good quality content and step into the next gen.
