hmmm....this makes me realize a disadvantage with not putting notes in the bred--no way to change an error, except to delete the page from notables 1.1.

Bakers often make mistakes that don't get caught during same bred. Traditional system allows for changes for at least several hours. As anons read thru the notes, they find errors and report them; we then change them in the dough. But this only works if the notes are in the dough, as you know. Once something is posted, it's set in stone unless deleted (which most bakers can't do).
