I gotcha. I wasn't suggesting it from things going forward really, just for the last thread since some (actual) research was done, so it would be grouped together by person for this thread (so we don't duplicate effort or miss something).
But good points. I would never expect bakers to do it on a normal basis, I just volunteered to do it this time. Seemed to work okay I think.
