Could you reference source for the announcement you refer to? I have been following the situation quite closely and, as far as I know, no legal document has been signed. I could have missed this announcement. I know he met with Tom Riedel, a director of N.T.Technology, and during this meeting they arranged the technicalities to sign this agreement later.
