I understand. But the problem is the source - is it a comment on HuffPoo? Is it from a personal email going around? Context means a lot, it helps us place things in a hierarchy of believeability, reliability, etc..

Keep in mind, the best lies contain some truth, the best disinfo contains some bit of truth and is designed to be somewhat credible.

Sometimes, it's not though - the OK symbol, the "pee dossier" - it is almost beyond belief that anyone would believe those disinfo ops.
