Well, it's always useful to play around w/ the dough a little and get a feeling for it before trying to bake.
Thought we don't have a baker, so I was fixing to set up the next loaf as an emergency in case nobody took it up.

Those were the corrections I found, but can wait until you're done baking the next bread, and go over the new dough once more, to see if anything needs fixing.
